<About>

What is                     ?
ICAM_BROCHURE_FA18-11.png

<i-CAM/>™ is an exciting tech program that gives those interested in learning about the latest technology or simply looking for new hobbies an eye-opening chance to get some hands-on experience with cool, cutting edge tech. With the increasing number of young participants in video games, YouTube content creation, and other new gadgets, early access to tech programs will not only help them develop healthier hobbies but will also help them to overcome challenges throughout their lives. In <i-CAM/>™, we will be teaching students about the latest cutting edge tech. Our focus is on coding in different languages (Python, HTML, JavaScript, etc.), with the addition of some of the newest hardware including Robotics, Virtual Reality, Drone Photography, 3D Printing and MORE!

                    Schedule
ICAM_BROCHURE_FA18-11.png

<i-CAM/>™ on-campus classes meet once a week for 90 minutes. In addition to coding, a new technology will be incorporated each month. Our schedule is designed to provide more flexibility to our students who want to join us for on campus after-school, tech instruction but have other pre-existing extracurricular activities.

<Curriculum>

Our students begin coding with Scratch, a block based programming language designed by MIT. Scratch allows our students to develop the fundamental computer science logic needed to break down complex problems.

After completing Scratch, students progress to our web curriculum and code in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
